RSS구버전(ALUI)에서 database connection pool 설정 방법

현재 WCI는 Configuration Manager가 있어서 수려한(?) UI에서 설정이 가능하지만, 구 버전(ALUI)에서는 xml 파일에 직접 세팅해줘야 한다.
